Why would you take a picture of your resume with your iPhone to attach to an email? Why would anyone think this is a good idea?

When having two distinct resumes is necessary....
This is from an actual resume pasted into an email in response to a Craigslist ad for Bar Tenders!!
Objective:
Certified child care specialist and certified bartender looking for a full-time job with an employer which would permit me to demonstrate my skills and experience in the domain.
Qualification Summary:
More than two years of experience in child care/housekeeping. Extensive knowledge in providing long-term care for the children, including shopping, cooking, preparing bottles, changing diapers, ironing and mending, supervising baths, and educating and amusing the children by reading and taking them on outings. Excellent interpersonal and communicative skills. Skills: goal oriented person, good professional attitude and highly motivated individual. I am a certified bartender in Hotels, Restaurant or any kind of catering company.
